Tameidiau Porc ‘Oinc Oink’ a chorizo mewn saws mwstard grawn cyflawn hufennog.

Llithfaen ‘Oinc Oink’ Bites

Oinc Oink’ pork loin bites and chorizo in a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce.

What is Tapas Llŷn?

Tapas Llŷn was launched for the first time in November 2013, in schools and colleges in the area. The criteria was to include local produce and give Welsh names to the Tapas. Tapas Llŷn week was held for the first time between 24 February – 1 March, 2014 in 5 local restaurants.

The purpose is not to create Spain here in Llŷn but rather, introduce small Welsh meals in a new way that is going to offer something unique to the area for the future. In working together, the brand can put us on the map and we introduce the language in a new way through our food. Be part of the excitement!
