The Neuadd (hall) is able to sit 146 people for a dining event or 200 with a theatre style seating plan for a concert or training event.

The cafe area seats 60 with additional seating in the conservatory or outside on the terrace.

The cafe and Neuadd open out onto a sun terrace with spectacular views over the bay.

The Neuadd can be divided into three rooms with sufficient acoustic attenuation to enable two or three meetings at the same time or a meeting in one space with dining facilities in the other.

For larger groups, further space can be provided in the nearby chapel, Tŷ Canol and the Plas Education centre with rooms for 80, 60, 20 or 15 delegates.

A range of conference and meeting resources are available from interactive white boards and projectors to flip charts as well as sound and lighting systems. Free Wi-Fi connection is available in the Neuadd, café, Tŷ Canol and Plas with cabled internet connection in the Neuadd as well.

A hearing loop is installed in the Neuadd with availability of a mobile system for other rooms. All buildings and footpaths on the site are accessible for wheel chair users and a lift is provided in the Plas building. Accommodation with wet room facilities for the less able is also available.

Every event at Nant is unique and our experienced staff will help to plan and manage your event. Sometimes there can be more than one event at the same time as well as day visitors to the site so we need to be involved in the careful planning of any events at the Nant.

Neuadd y Nant is an ideal residential conference venue in north Wales. We offer function room hire with accommodation in a stunning coastal location. The combination of quality accommodation, first class facilities and a lack of distractions provides a unique and memorable conference venue for a range of organisations.

Management training courses make use of the rural location with games and tasks across our 250 acre site which includes our own beach and woodland as well as coastal walks.

The Neuadd and other meeting rooms can be set out in a range of seating configurations from theatre style to boardroom around tables or classroom with suitable rooms for groups from 10 to 200.

Nant Gwrtheyrn offers a fantastic location for a celebration. We welcome a range of birthday, anniversary, and other family celebrations as well as club dinners, black tie and fund-raising events.

Most events are catered for with a range of menu options and seating styles – from cabaret evenings for 146 persons with round tables and a stage at one end of the hall to more formal dining or buffet. Private dining areas can be arranged for smaller parties by dividing the Neuadd to ensure that the space provided is suitable for the numbers attending.

A range of entertainment contacts can also be provided from fireworks to musical entertainment and our facilities include modern sound and lighting systems and projectors for films and internet connections.

Accommodation on site at competitive rates for your guests makes Nant a very attractive location for your celebration or event.

Larger events or festivals can also involve additional spaces in tents or marquees on the village green or use of the open air stage area.
