'Alban Hefin Retreat' Weekend

19th - 21st June 2026

This is a restorative weekend to celebrate the Summer Solstice amidst the unique beauty of Nant Gwrtheyrn.  During the retreat you will have the opportunity to practice different types of yoga and sound baths led by the experienced Leisa Mererid (Gong Cymru).  There will also be plenty of free time to relax, wander or meditate in nature.  The cost of the weekend including accommodation and food is £295.
