During the pandemic, the Trustees have continued to meet regularly, taking advantage of Zoom. Indeed, the normal pattern of quarterly meetings has been increased to bi-monthly to allow full scrutiny of the situation as Government guidelines have changed. Individual trustees have continued to provide input during this time in terms of financial oversight and planning for the future.

The 2020 AGM was held over until October, because of Covid. This saw the retirement as Trustee of Jeff Williams-Jones, who had the distinction of serving as Chair of Trustees from 2006 to 2018, a period during which the facilities on site and the financial outlook for the Trust, were transformed. The members expressed their grateful appreciation for his outstanding work over such an extended period. The appointment of two new Trustees, Jo Iwan and Ann Huws, was confirmed by the AGM. Both had already made important contributions during their periods as observers.
